Gilfach Farm Livery and Holiday Cottage

Diary - February 2012

Sad Times

It is with great sadness that Gilfach Equitation is coming to an end fairly soon. Sheila has been diagnosed with something nasty, and wishes to wrap "things" up whilst she still can and end on a good note. For those of you who have booked a stay with us already this year, we will be in touch by email shortly.

Our plans for the farm and the yard remain uncertain at this point - so keep watching this site to see what happens!

Homes are being sought for our lovely team of horses. This is the hardest part of all. So far Floy, Timber, Pandora and possibly Larry have new homes to go to. Limonero, Ico, Jewel, Molly, Billy, Bobby are to find new homes. Tesoro, Alfie, Serenity and McGee are going to stay with us to the end. If you are interested in providing a home for any, please contact us.

The human team

Working under considerable stress and uncertainty, our staff (Lauren & Leigh) are being fantastically supportive and, well, brilliant!
